Pasang oven 150 derajat &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Celsius, masukkan alas loyang yang diisi air. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;-Campur mentega, cream cheese dan whip cream dalam wadah. Didihkan dengan api kecil, aduk hingga lembut, angkat dari api. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;-Masukkan campuran tepung, aduk rata. Masukkan kuning telur, aduk rata. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;-Masukkan kulit jeruk lemon, aduk rata, sisihkan. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;-Kocok putih telur hingga berbusa, masukkan gula dan air jeruk lemon sedikit demi sedikit sambil terus dikocok sampai terbentuk kerucut-kerucut tumpul (soft peak). &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;-Tuang 1/3 adonan putih telur ke adonan cream cheese, aduk rata. Tuang campuran ini ke sisa adonan putih telur, aduk rata. Tuang adonan ke loyang, panggang dengan cara au bain marie, kurang lebih 75 menit sampai permukaan matang, kuning keemasan. Keluarkan dari oven. &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;-Setelah benar-benar dingin, lepaskan cake dari loyang. Panaskan blueberry palleta dan air, oleskan ke permukaan cheesecake&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br kudus… &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Kalau menurut aku, soto kudus itu terlalu berbumbu dan banyak bawang-bawangan banget… yang pasti kalo masak soto ini, sampe ke uyut-pun bisa makan…&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span type='text'>Latah Ama Mak Nyuus,,,</title><content type='html'>Sembari nenenin Brandon, iseng-iseng aku nonton wisata kuliner di trans tv, kebetulan banget lokasi makannya si mak nyuus itu di Lippo Karawaci… yay… my hometown…&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p style="font-family: trebuchet ms;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;Di situ di tayangin taman sari, lam mien atau mie tarik, yang ini kita sering banget beli dan makan di taman sari, emang enak banget sih, ada atraksi bikin mienya lagi. Trus nasi ayam semar yang di Permata sport club juga pernah, dan anehnya nih warung gak pernah-pernahnya loh buka sore-sore paling awal tuh ya bukanya jam 7.30 malem gitu… makanya aku tuh kalo pas pengen banget baru deh dibela-belain makan disitu. Kalo pas kita ke &lt;st1:city&gt;&lt;st1:place&gt;sana&lt;/st1:place&gt;&lt;/st1:city&gt; jam 6-an sore, boro-boro deh… satu orang karyawannya pun nggak ada yang keliatan batang idungnya. Trus juga sate kambing dan tongseng pak Min, nah kalo yang ini aku belum pernah cobain, tapi selalu dilewatin soalnya di pinggir jalan menuju rumah kita. Kayaknya kok aku ngga sreg ajah deh ama warung sate kambing disini, dan ternyata kata pak Bondan mak nyuus… satenya kurang empuk, dia sih bilangnya cukup empuk, emang paling be-te kalo beli sate kambing, mending yah bikin sendiri, di tanggung daging semua dan empuk pulak… nah selanjutnya Empek-empek Palembang, namanya Pondok Musi Sari, dan ya ampun ada di sekitar rumah aku sini… ternyata diakui mak nyuus sama pak Bondan. Selama ini tuh ya, kayaknya aku nggak melihat nih toko mpek2 yang enak, ya biasa lah emang enak si, soalnya terakhir aku makan mpek2 di situ pas aku hamil, dan selama hamil tuh aku eneg buanget ama yang namanya mpek-mpek nggak peduli belinya di manapun juga… &lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:trebuchet ms;"&gt;Langsung deh aku pesen, mpek-mpek pastel, panggang sama keriting, trus juga es kacang merah, nggak tahunya emang enak banget deh… pedesnya mantab… es-nya juga enak banget, padahal aku udah pasrah pasti esnya cair banget nih, udah ngga ada es serutnya lagi, eeh ternyata es serutnya masih utuh. Kalau aku bilang brownies ini cukup ekonomis, karena nggak pake DCC cuman coklat bubuk aja, dan jadinya hamper mirip sama brownies fudge yang biasa aku bikin. Apalagi pas dulu bikin bolu kukus… wuuih gagalnya nggak keitung, pernah 5 hari aku bikin bolu kukus, 5 hari itu gagal semua… sampe akhirnya ketemu sama resep bolu kukus ibu Fatmah 10 menit yang terkenal dari ncc.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Pernah aku ke pe-dean bikin tiramisu buat ultahnya Biebie, begitu kelar di kulkasin jam 11 malem pas aku lepasin dari loyang bong-pas, bukannya berbentuk ke atas malahan bleberan kemana-mana hiks…hiks… lama banget aku bengong saking nggak percaya kok bisa gini...Akhirnya mau nggak mau jam 12 malem aku mulai bikin cake lagi soalnya aku udah janji bikin kue buat Biebie. Kali ini aku bikin TCCCnya teh Euceu, kelar-kelar jam 4 subuh! Alhamdulillah hasilnya nggak mengecewakan… Tiramisu ini aku rasa gatot gara-gara faktor pengocokan whip cream, mungkin aku kelamaan, soalnya whipcreamnya masih encer dan Mascarpone chessenya aku pake yang bubuk, kata mbak tbk Puspita BSD katanya nggak masalah sama aja, tinggal di campur sama whip cream trus di kocok, ternyata susah banget. (evil banget yak), kenapa balas dendam? Karena (apa sih nanyak sendiri dijawab sendiri..) aku tuh selalu sebel sama sate-sate kambing yang dijual-jual ama abang-abang, atau cak-cak itu, karena sate kambingnya banyak lemaknya lah, kadang dikasih hati segala lah malahan kadang dagingnya itu alot banget, sampe susah digigit apalagi ditelen… Pernah sih nemu sate kambing yang enak menurut aku yah, di daerah harkit karawaci sini, tapi harganya itu satu porsi 20ribu. Sayang banget deh aku pikir, makanya aku bertekad bikin sate kambing sendiri. Sengaja aku bikinnya pake tuna mayo sama Honey Mustard, yang macem lainnya aku bikin Pancake topping coklat sama fresh strawberry. Untuk penampakan pancake coklatnya nggak gitu memuaskan soalnya pengambilan fotonya pas pancake aku udah bungkus buat di bawa ke rumah mama (mertoku). Masukkan butter, aduk.&lt;br /&gt;- Kocok putih telur hingga kaku, campurkan ke dalam adonan&lt;br /&gt;pancake hingga tercampur rata.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Topping Tuna Mustard:&lt;br /&gt;- Campur 3 sdm Mustard, 1 sdm mayonaise, 1 sdm madu aduk rata.&lt;br /&gt;- Campur tuna kalengan dengan mayonaise/ beli jadi tuna mayonaise&lt;br /&gt;- Susun pancake olesi tiap pancake dengan tuna mayo. Untuk yang paling atas beri tuna mayo&lt;br /&gt;dan tuang dengan saus mustard. Sajikan hangat dengan saus sambal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Topping Coklat Strawberry:&lt;br /&gt;- Lelehkan dark cooking chocolate. Biasanya ada yang jual ketan &lt;st1:city&gt;&lt;st1:place&gt;duren&lt;/st1:place&gt;&lt;/st1:city&gt; ini di daerah BSD &lt;st1:city&gt;&lt;st1:place&gt;sana&lt;/st1:place&gt;&lt;/st1:city&gt;, tapi udah berapa kali kesana si ibunya nggak jualan ketan &lt;st1:city&gt;&lt;st1:place&gt;duren&lt;/st1:place&gt;&lt;/st1:city&gt;, katanya &lt;st1:city&gt;&lt;st1:place&gt;duren&lt;/st1:place&gt;&lt;/st1:city&gt; lagi mahal banget soalnya nggak musim.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Emang bener sih, waktu itu aku lihat di Raja Buah BSD sekilonya Rp. 33.600 dan nggak ada yang dikupas, jadi adanya utuhan gitu, sebijinya paling murah Rp. 97,000 paling mahal Rp. 200,000 lebih gilee nggak tuh... waah kalo harganya selangit gitu nggak dulu deh... ngiler aje…&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Pas jalan-jalan ke Gading Serpong, aku iseng-iseng minta ke Mall Serpong buat beli J-Co yang Berry-berry itu, pas lewatin Ranch Market tiba-tiba... eng ing eng... ada &lt;st1:city&gt;&lt;st1:place&gt;duren&lt;/st1:place&gt;&lt;/st1:city&gt; banyak banget... :D dan banyak yang dikupas pula... Pas ngelihat, harganya ada yang 19 rb, sampe 37 Rb. Aku beli yang 29Rb, isinya banyak, jadi bisa masak banyak biar sampe puuaaas makannya.Langsung deh lupa ama J-Co. bay-bay J-Co…&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sampe rumah belanja ketan, gula merah, kara, trus telpon mami (mamaku) nanyain caranya. Berbekal pelajaran dari milis NCC, mampir ke blognya mbak Peni Respati, Mbak Dewi Anwar, dan blognya Sinta dapur amatir (thank you ya.. para suhu...), kuberanikan diri untuk bikin Birthday Cake ini. untuk Edible imagenya aku pesen dari Vita Edible Image.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cake dasarnya bunda pake resep lapis almondnya mbak Dewi Anwar, tapi rada gatot di loyang ke tiga, emang paling males banget kalau bikin sebangsa lapis &lt;st1:city&gt;&lt;st1:place&gt;Surabaya&lt;/st1:place&gt;&lt;/st1:city&gt; gitu soalnya nggak bisa sengembang dan sepadet sponge cake. akhirnya lapisan tengahnya pake Gateau Africain resep dari alm. Bunda inong. Untuk dekornya aku pake BC, dihiasi meises warna-warni dan blue chocolate yang dibentuk crown inspirasinya dari &lt;st1:city&gt;&lt;st1:place&gt;Wilton&lt;/st1:place&gt;&lt;/st1:city&gt;.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;!--[if !supportLineBreakNewLine]--&gt;  &lt;!--[endif]--&gt;&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;    &lt;p style="font-family: verdana;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p style="font-family: verdana;" class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Nggak sia-sia deh dapur udah kayak kapal pecah dan belepotan Butter Cream di mana-mana, pembantu keluar pulak… capek banget deh untung decornya cuman sampe jam 11 malem. Ayah heppi sekaligus surprise... bininya bisa bikin cake nyang gede&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;juga ternyata. katanya nggak sia-sia langganan speedy, dan ikut milis NCC. he he he :D&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;Paginya semua pada ngumpul aku&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:verdana;"&gt;masak soto betawi favoritnya ayah, es coctail, dan puding almond. sayang deh nggak ada fotonya dan foto Cakenya juga cuman begitu, soalnya kelupaan saking hebohnya. Itu juga ayah yang foto cakenya. Alhamdulillah terlepas juga... dan ini merupakan tekat bulat aku, pokoknya kalau punya blog sendiri bolu kukus ini harus jadi tampilan perdana... soalnya bikin bolu kukus itu menurut aku bener-bener gampang-gampang susah. Gampangnya kan cuman bikin bolu kukus gitu loh... yang bahan-bahannya dan pengerjaannya nggak seperti bikin cake yang pake mentega kocok lah, atau cair lah, susahnya sudah dibikin ngikutin resep, dibikin bener-bener ati-ati, buuuaaanteeet mulu... terakhir malah sempet bolu kukusku bukan cuman mingkem tapi juga tanpa ekspresi... :( capek deeeeh… *sambil nepok jidat*&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;Setelah 5 hari berturut-turut bikin bolu kukus tiada kenal menyerah,&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Alhamdulillah... bolu kukusku akhirnya mekar juga... at least dibandingkan bolu kukus-bolu kukus terdahuluku loh ya bukan dibandingin sama para suhu di NCC dan Teras Kuliner&lt;span style=""&gt;  &lt;/span&gt;Tadinya bikin bolu kukus ala Shinta dapur amatir yang Bolu kukus Blueberry and Cheese, hasilnya cukup bagus tapi kurang memuaskan, akhirnya pake metode 10 menit Ibu Fatmah NCC aku mix sama bahan-bahan dari Sinta, Tarraaa... jadi juga deh bolu kukusku yang bener-bener aku dambakan selama ini... :D&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;300gr Tepung Terigu kunci biru&lt;br /&gt;250gr Gula Pasir&lt;br /&gt;1/2sdt SP&lt;br /&gt;300ml Susu cair&lt;br /&gt;1 sdt Baking Powder Double Acting&lt;br /&gt;3 butir Telur&lt;br /&gt;Sckpnya Pewarna&lt;br /&gt;2 sdm Meises&lt;br /&gt;Essence pisang&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara Membuat:&lt;br /&gt;- Nyalakan kukusan yang tutupnya telah dialasi serbet.&lt;br /&gt;- Kocok telur, gula, SP selama 10 menit, tambahkan tepung terigu, susu secara bergantian sambil terus dikocok selama 10 menit.&lt;br /&gt;- Pisahkan sedikit adonan, beri sedikit adonan beri pewarna.&lt;br /&gt;- Taburi meises ke dalam adonan putih&lt;br /&gt;- Tuang adonan ke cetakan, jangan terlalu penuh, kukus selama 10 menit&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;o:p&gt; &lt;/span&gt;yang khusus mengulas masak-masak dan all about me...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Karena eykeh pada dasarnya senang masak dan mencoba-coba resep-resep dari manapun juga, baik itu blogger-blogger yang lain maupun dari milis-milis yang ada.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/span&gt; &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p style="font-family: courier new;font-family:courier new;"  class="MsoNormal"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:100%;"&gt;Selain masak, hobby yang laen yang aku demen banget selain nodong duit belanja sama suami xixixi, itu ngejahit sama menyulam he he he… jangan dibilang hobby jadul ato cupu.. bagi aku nyulam itu aka bikin crostich itu bener-bener nyenenin, karena dari selembar kain yang polos, nggak lama kemudian sudah penuh sama warna-warni yang lucu-lucu…&lt;span style=""&gt;
